CallView

AI initiates.Humans close.Seamlessly.

AI makes the calls. It opens every answered call in a cloned voice, qualifies the prospect, and transfers the live conversation to a human closer the moment it detects interest. I built it for my own showroom because I could not stand making those calls myself.

Chris Schults, founder and CEO · Ann Arbor Spark

The problem

You pay your best salesperson to reach voicemail.

Imagine paying your best salesperson to spend ninety-five percent of the day reaching voicemails, gatekeepers, and people who are not interested.

That was me.

At a cabinetry showroom in Ann Arbor, I made about one hundred outbound calls to trade professionals each day. One qualified conversation could lead to a client relationship worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. But earning it meant hours of repetition and rejection.

As an introvert, it was exhausting.

CallView 1.0

So I cloned my voice and built AI Agent Chris.

Agent Chris made the calls, handled the opening, and left the voicemails. I listened like a radio while doing the rest of my job.

When a prospect said yes, I'm interested, I pressed a takeover button. The AI stopped, and I entered the live conversation as myself, seamlessly.

That became CallView 1.0. It is live in production today.

Validation and discovery

Paid pilots, and then a harder question.

We launched paid pilots with a solar company, an insurance agency, and an outbound call center in the Philippines.

Those pilots proved that salespeople value having AI absorb repetitive work while preserving the human relationship and the human close. They also taught us something important.

Improving the salesperson's experience was not enough. To change the economics for the business owner, CallView needed to create far more qualified conversations.

CallView 2.0

AI voice, combined with predictive dialing.

Start with the math.

0

dials to reach one live person

0

live conversations to find one qualified prospect

0

attempts a salesperson may need to reach one valuable opportunity

CallView can initiate those calls in parallel. AI begins every answered call immediately, qualifies the prospect, and when the AI agent detects interest it transfers the qualified opportunity to an available human closer.

Now the salesperson moves from one meaningful conversation to the next, without the rejection, the angry calls, or the mental fatigue.

Illustrative sweep, numbers masked. The rep never hears the seven that went nowhere. They pick up the one that connected.

Unlike traditional predictive dialers, where customers may hear dead air because no agent is available, CallView's AI is already there when they answer.

Customer and market

Millions of U.S. professionals rely on outbound calling.

Our initial customers are high-value outbound teams in insurance, solar, mortgage, home improvement, and B2B sales. Markets where one additional qualified conversation can be worth thousands of dollars.

Once the dialer portion is complete, the solution will still serve those initial customers and, in addition, serve the contact centers that focus on outbound campaigns.

$0B

The outbound call center service industry is approximately $15 billion globally, with expected growth of 9% CAGR to reach $30 billion by 2034.

CallView also handles the inbound responses generated by outbound campaigns, creating one platform for both sides of the conversation.

Competitive landscape

We do not ask anyone to rip out what they already bought.

We know we are competing with legacy contact center technology providers and with emerging AI companies. What sets us apart is the AI-powered outbound engagement platform we have built.

01

Measured on business outcomes

Dial counts are easy to inflate and tell an owner nothing. We report how many qualified conversations reached a closer, and what happened to them.

02

Fits the operation you already run

CallView works with the CRM, the dialing discipline, and the close motion a team already has. Dispositions come back where the team already looks for them.

03

No replacing the systems and people you already trust

We improve outbound productivity by adding the layer that creates qualified conversations, not by asking anyone to start over.

AI handles the repetitive opening. The salesperson handles the relationship, expertise, and close.

Business model and go-to-market

Recurring revenue, sized to dialing capacity.

Our recurring platform plans begin at $1,200 per month, based on dialing capacity, AI usage, and human seats. It is a fixed monthly amount with a fair use policy. At scale, we are targeting approximately 75 percent gross margins.

We acquire customers through channel partners and account-based outreach: LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and trade shows. Service partnerships with BPO firms carry the platform into contact centers that already run outbound at volume.

Pilots lower the barrier and prove value with the customer's own campaigns.

Founder and team

Bootstrapped from a problem I lived.

We have bootstrapped CallView from a problem I experienced, to a live revenue-generating product, to paid market validation. Our team brings expertise across AI voice, telephony, outbound sales, and predictive dialing, and we are now developing CallView 2.0.

AI automation and operating leverage.

CallView is not replacing the person who closes the deal. We are multiplying the number of chances they get to close.

We are now building CallView 2.0 and seeking early customers, partners, and investors to accelerate it, and to define the category between AI efficiency and human trust.
