CallView

Outbound, as a service

Your cloned agent runs your outbound. You close the deals.

AISarah

Your cloned agent dials your leads in your top closer's voice, qualifies in live conversation, and hands the call back to your closer mid-conversation. CallView builds and runs the agent. The prospect never hears a handoff.

Example handoff

The voice is the closer's the whole call. The human picks up at the marker. The prospect hears no change.

AI as Sarah

Hi, this is Sarah returning your quote request from yesterday.

Lead

Yeah, we're shopping around. Our current carrier keeps raising our rates.

AI as Sarah

I hear that a lot. Is your current policy a BOP or general liability only?

Lead

BOP.

AI as Sarah

Got it. Let me pull up alternatives and loop in our underwriter.

Live handoff, same voice

Sarah, live

Okay, I have your info up. Based on your renewal, we can likely beat your current premium. Want to walk through it?

Lead

Yeah, let's do it.

Example transcript. The voice is cloned from the closer, Sarah, and used throughout. Her real-time handoff happens at the marker. The prospect experiences one continuous conversation.

How it works

Sixty seconds from first ring to live handoff.

  1. 010s

    CallView dials the lead

From a list you uploaded, a campaign you launched, or a CRM push. First touch, in a voice cloned from you.

  2. 02+6s

    The lead picks up

The opener you would use yourself. Same greeting, same pacing. Not a robot. Not a generic AI voice. The voice that would close the deal.

  3. 03+35s

    AI qualifies in conversation

Intent, timing, budget, fit. Your playbook, run by your voice. A human watches every call and can step in at any point.

  4. 04+60s

    Seamless handoff

When intent peaks, we bring your real closer onto the call. Same voice. No "please hold, I'll transfer you." The prospect thinks they've been talking to you the whole time.

The math

“Answer in 300 seconds instead of 30 minutes. 21× more qualified leads.”

That's what MIT's lead-response research found. Conversion rates jump 8× when the first attempt lands inside the first five minutes. Contact odds rise 100×.

You can't hire fast enough to win that race. We can.

Questions we hear

Before you book.

What kinds of businesses does CallView work best for?

Service businesses where lead response speed decides who wins the appointment. Today that is insurance agencies, solar installers, roofing contractors, and other trades that live on shared or auction-sourced leads. If your economics hinge on being the first caller back, you are the fit.

How does pricing work?

There is a $500 one-time setup fee. The recurring engagement is either performance-based or usage-based (pre-pay), sized against your lead volume, vertical, and motion. The Get Started intake collects the context so we can size the recurring model correctly. No self-serve tier, no SaaS pricing table.

Is CallView TCPA compliant?

Every call is recorded with consent, a human is on every conversation, and opt-outs propagate company-wide within seconds. We treat compliance as a non-event, not a feature to upsell. This is not a substitute for your own legal counsel; it is how we run by default.

What CRMs do you integrate with?

Native bi-directional sync with AgencyZoom. Webhooks and API for Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and anything else your team runs on. If your stack is not on that list, bring it to the call.

What does CallView not do?

We do not close your deals, we do not replace your closer, and we do not send SMS or cold-email to leads who have not opted in. AI initiates, qualifies, and hands off. Humans close. That is the rule, not the exception.

How we got here

Chris Schults runs a cabinetry showroom in Ann Arbor. He turned off his ads and built this to answer his own leads faster. It worked.

Emil, Ben, and Jude helped take it outbound. The tool that replaced a five-figure ad budget inside one showroom now runs for other service businesses whose economics hinge on answering first.

CallView isn't a VC thesis. It's the software we needed, sold as the service we wish someone else had run for us.
