CallView

About

Built inside a real business.

Chris Schults, Managing Partner of a cabinetry showroom in Ann Arbor, was trying to solve a familiar problem. Leads were coming in, but response times were inconsistent, follow-up depended on who was available, and the only obvious ways to grow were hiring more people or spending more on ads.

Instead, Chris shut off his ads and built an internal system to respond seamlessly using AI calls, texts, and emails. It moved the needle 5 to 10 percent. Conversations improved. Opportunities stopped slipping through the cracks.

Once the system proved itself on inbound, curiosity took over. What if it did not just respond to demand? What if it could help create it?

To answer that question, Chris teamed up with Emil Halili, Jude Telan, and Ben Lorenzo, founders of the largest AI automation community in the Philippines. Together, they began scaling the system and turning it outbound.

AI unlocked speed and reach, but it also exposed a flaw. At scale, pure AI lacked supervision, coaching, and control. Without structure, consistency was at risk.

That tension led to the breakthrough. CallView was built as a human-in-the-loop AI calling platform, a command center where AI handles volume and humans stay in control. A human monitors every live call, coaches in real time, and steps in when judgment matters most.

The system kept working, and then it worked too well. It generated more qualified trade-pro conversations than the team could close. The bottleneck moved from lead generation to the showroom needing about 20 more designers.

Today CallView runs that same machine for other service businesses whose bottleneck sits in the same place. Agencies, insurance brokers, solar installers, and contractors scale outbound without losing consistency, control, or their human voice.

CallView is not a VC thesis. It is the software we needed, sold as the service we wished someone else had run for us.
